Theta healer, hypnotherapist , i do dance movement therapy
I am Mayan Teh HuiWen. I am of Chinese descent and was born and raised in Malaysia. My interest in spiritual and somatic healing began at an early age and gradually deepened over time, evolving into the professional work I do today. I currently practice as a Theta Healer, Hypnotherapist, and Dance Movement Therapist.
In the field of Theta Healing, I help individuals uncover and transform their subconscious beliefs. This method allows people to recognize the patterns in their lives where they feel stuck and shift toward a higher level of awareness. Through my sessions, I guide individuals to reconnect with their spiritual potential and move toward a more balanced and empowered life.
With Hypnotherapy, I support individuals in safely addressing past traumas, fears, habits, and emotional blocks. Hypnosis is a powerful tool that enables access to inner wisdom. I offer this method with compassion and a non-judgmental approach, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the person.
In addition, I offer Dance Movement Therapy, which brings the body’s healing capacity to the forefront. This somatic approach enhances body awareness, allowing participants to express their emotions, reconnect with their bodies, and feel a greater sense of freedom. The combination of music and movement creates a healing space that is especially effective when working with trauma.
In my work, I integrate Eastern wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques. I believe that every individual is unique, and I design my sessions with that awareness in mind. My purpose is to help my clients reconnect with their inner guidance systems and support them in their personal transformations.
I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse cultural and life backgrounds. Each session is not only a space for healing but also a learning and growing experience for me. I believe healing is a collective process—we grow and heal through reflection and connection with one another.
