Amanda Carmichael

Amanda Carmichael is a Reiki Master, holistic wellness practitioner, and owner of The Metanoia Experience, a holistic wellness practice in Corpus Christi, Texas, USA.

Her work centers on creating grounded, personalized experiences that support relaxation, self-awareness, emotional well-being, and a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Her practice incorporates Reiki alongside complementary modalities including meditation, sound healing, chakra balancing, breathwork, and other energetic practices.

Amanda's journey with Reiki began as part of her own path of personal and spiritual growth and has since become an important part of both her life and professional practice. Through her work, she has developed a particular passion for helping make holistic and energetic practices approachable for people from many different backgrounds and belief systems.

In addition to working individually with clients, Amanda facilitates guided meditation and sound healing experiences and is expanding into Reiki education.

She is currently continuing her studies toward Grand Master Reiki training and developing educational programs designed to help future students understand Reiki not only as a modality, but as a personal practice of awareness, connection, and continued growth.

Amanda remains committed to continuing her own education while sharing Reiki and holistic wellness in a way that is welcoming, respectful, and meaningful to everyday life.
